Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Airport named No.1 in customer service in North America

New restaurants, newly renovated terminals and a DART train station are just some of the reasons why DFW Airport was named the “best large airport in North America”, according to Airports Council International. The terminal renewal project cost $3 billion and included renovations to most of the older terminals. Adding LED lights above parking spaces, more custodial services to clean bathrooms and automated passport entry machines to keep lines short in customs has paid off for the airport as well. The airport received high scores from international passengers and CEO, Sean Donohue, noted that their scores were higher than the top-ranked airports in Europe and South America.
